Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Kissan Desi Ghee

1 teaspoon Kissan Curry Masala

1/2 teaspoon Kissan Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kissan Desi Ghee or butter to spread of outside of bread while grilling
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 small cauliflower, separated into florets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 4 slices of your favorite grilling bread
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Boil the potato cubes and cauliflower florets until they are partially cooked. Drain and set aside.

Heat Kissan Desi Ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili. Sauté for an additional minute.
- Add the partially cooked potatoes and cauliflower florets. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to develop a golden color.
- Add 1/4 cup of water
- Sprinkle the spice blend of Kissan Curry Masala and Kissan Garam Masala over the vegetables. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the Ghee begins to separate.
- Season with salt according to taste.
- Cook for a few more minutes until the potatoes and cauliflower are fully cooked and infused with the spices.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with roti
