Serves: 3 people
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Kissan Sesame Oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Kissan Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Kissan Madras Curry Powder
- 1 cup Kissan Fried Onions
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ Onion
- ½ Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, stir together Kissan Sesame oil, Kissan Garam Masala, Kissan Madras Curry Powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, parsley, onion and pepper and toss well to coat all the ingredients with the oil mix already prepared. Spread the mixture evenly on the bowl.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cabbage becomes tender and slightly caramelized on the edges, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Kissan Fried Onions.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
