Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to significant increases in order volumes, some areas may experience slight delays in delivery.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details once your order has shipped. You can email our team directly at customerservice@kissan.ca with any questions or concerns. 

Where does my order ship from?

All of our products ship directly from our Toronto, Canada warehouse. We ship across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. 

Please note we DO NOT offer shipping to the following regions:

  • Northwest Territories 
  • Nunavut  
  • Yukon
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii 

If you are apart of a region we don't ship to and would like to place an order, please email us at inquiry@kissan.ca with your order details and we will prepare a custom quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your payment is received, we need 1-2 days to be process your order. After your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

All orders shipped expedited via Canada Post or UPS. We are not able to provide any guaranteed ship times or dates, we can only offer an estimated date of arrival. Please see our estimated transit times after your order has been processed below:

CANADA

  • Transit times within Canada are about 2-7 work days depending on your location.

UNITED STATES

  • Transit times to the United States are about 3-10 work days depending on your location. 

UNITED KINGDOM

  •  Transit times to the United Kingdom are about 7-12 work days depending on your location. 


Why can't I check out? 

If you are having difficulty checking out your order, it may be one of the following reasons: 

  1. You have not met the order minimum to check out. In order to process your cart you need a minimum order of $50 before shipping. 

  2. Some of the products in your cart are not available in your region. Please carefully review your cart to ensure the items selected are available in your region. For a more tailored shopping experience please select your country under the SHOP NOW tab.

  3. You have entered an address that is not apart of our shipping areas. Please review the locations we can ship to above under Where does my order ship from?

If you are still unable to check out please send us an email at customerservice@kissan.ca and we will help you process your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since our products are food items, for health and safety reasons all of our products are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please send an email to customerservice@kissan.ca within 3 days of receiving.
