Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to significant increases in order volumes, some areas may experience slight delays in delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details once your order has shipped. You can email our team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
Our office and warehouse will be closed for all holidays. Including an extended one every December 23rd through January 4th. Shipping will resume the day back in office. Due to an increase in order volumes during holidays, some orders may experience shipping delays that is not in our control. For the most up to date information, please follow your order's tracking number.
We offer direct shipping across Canada, United States and United Kingdom.
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out based on your order and ship to address location.
All orders are shipped with an expedited option and may arrive via UPS or Canada Post.
UK Shipping - Expedited shipping to the United Kingdom form our Toronto, Canada warehouse is 5-7 work days as long as there are no carrier delays. All of United Kingdom shipping rates include the cost of shipping, VAT (Government charges), and brokerage fees that are applicable. All additional costs are covered by Kissan International unless otherwise specified.
Where does my order ship from?
All of our products ship directly from our Toronto, Canada warehouse. Please note, we unfortunately DO NOT offer shipping to the following regions:
- Northwest Territories
- Puerto Rico

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once payment is received, please allow for 1-2 days for order processing. After your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All orders shipped expedited via Canada Post or UPS. We are not able to provide any guaranteed ship times or dates, we can only offer an estimated date of arrival. Please see our estimated transit times after your order has been processed below:
- Transit times within Canada are about 2-7 business days depending on location.
- Transit times to the United States are about 3-7 business days depending on location.
- Transit times to the United Kingdom are about 5-7 business days depending on your location. (Please allow for occasional customs delays)
Please Note: Although you may request a particular courier service, it is at our discretion to decide on which courier service to be used based on price and shipping timeline.

Why can't I check out?
If you are having difficulty checking out your order, it may be one of the following reasons:
- Please shop from your Region as products have regional availability. For a tailored shopping experience, please select your country under the SHOP NOW tab.
- You have entered an address that is not apart of our shipping areas. Please check that you are not trying to ship to our unavailable areas in our following section above: "Where does my order ship from?"

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are food items, for health and safety reasons all of our products are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving.
