For Tandoori Chicken:

Tandoori Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, mix Kissan Tandoori Masala, Kissan Garam Masala, Kissan Chat Masala, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil to create the marinade.
  2. Make deep cuts on the chicken breasts, ensuring the marinade penetrates well.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight for better flavor.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  6. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char on the edges.
  7. Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Burger Assembly:

  1. Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for a couple of minutes until they are slightly crispy.
  2. Spread Kissan Sweet Chili Sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  3. Place a generous amount of lettuce leaves on top of the sauce.
  4. Add the sliced tandoori chicken on the lettuce.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes and onions.
