Ingredients:
For Tandoori Chicken:
- 2 tablespoons Kissan Tandoori Masala
- 1 bottle Kissan Butter Chicken Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Kissan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kissan Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Kissan Chat masala
- Kissan Sweet Chili Sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced onions
Instructions:
Tandoori Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix Kissan Tandoori Masala, Kissan Garam Masala, Kissan Chat Masala, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil to create the marinade.
- Make deep cuts on the chicken breasts, ensuring the marinade penetrates well.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char on the edges.
- Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Burger Assembly:
- Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for a couple of minutes until they are slightly crispy.
- Spread Kissan Sweet Chili Sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a generous amount of lettuce leaves on top of the sauce.
- Add the sliced tandoori chicken on the lettuce.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and onions.
