Tandoori Pasta with Chicken

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken:

  • 2 tsp Kissan Tandoori Masala
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Ingredients for Spaghetti:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • Salt for boiling water
  • Optional (green beans)

Instructions for Tandoori Chicken:

  1. In a large bowl, combine Kissan Tandoori Masala, yogurt and the chicken. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  2. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best flavor.

Instructions for the pan:

  1. In a large pan, heat Kissan Ghee over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the marinated tandoori chicken pieces to the pan, tossing them in the ghee sauce to coat.
  3. Finally, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.

Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
