The ability of spices to boost immunity is not something unknown to mankind. Ever since the world was attacked by the Covid-19, Turmeric received celebrity attention because of its popular use in ‘Golden Milk Latte’. As fancy as it sounds, the drink merely has three ingredients, turmeric, milk and sugar. Occasional golden latte is great but to actually reap the benefits of spices, we all should incorporate these in our daily meals. Here are a few easy ways to welcome new spices into your life.

This is also a great substitute for people who want to eliminate soda from their diet but are obsessed with flavoured drinks.

Masala Lemonade

  • 2-4 cups chilled water
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Black Himalayan salt (according to taste)
  • ½ cup lemon juice (adjust accordion to preference)
