Benefits of Indian spices and how to incorporate them in your life

The ability of spices to boost immunity is not something unknown to mankind. Ever since the world was attacked by the Covid-19, Turmeric received celebrity attention because of its popular use in ‘Golden Milk Latte’. As fancy as it sounds, the drink merely has three ingredients, turmeric, milk and sugar.   • 2-4 cups chilled water
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Black Himalayan salt (according to taste)
  • ½ cup lemon juice (adjust accordion to preference)
