Quick Chaat Lassi Drink Recipe
- 1 tsp Kissan Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin powder (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 cup Plain yogurt (finely chopped)
- 3 cups Water
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- In a blender mix chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, yogurt and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
In a pitcher, pour the remaining 1 cup of water and add in your blended mixture to stir.
- When serving you can garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle more chaat!
This drink can be savory or sweet depending on your taste. You can add your favorite fruits like mango or use flavored yogurt like vanilla to your liking.
