Grilled Garam Masala Corn Recipe

Instructions:

  1. In small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Tip: You can make this ahead of time, cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Let soften at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to using.
  2. Place corn cobs on greased grill over medium-high heat
  3. Close lid and grill turning occasionally, for 7 minutes.
  4. Grill, brushing occasionally with butter mixture until grill marked and tender. Usually, 12 to 15 minutes.
