Egg Cabbage Masala Recipe
Cook Time: 20 mins Course: Main Course Cuisine: Indian Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Kissan Tandoori Masala
- 1 lb Green cabbage, finely chopped
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- Cilantro and sliced onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs with a little water
- Heat cooking oil in pan and add cabbage. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add finely chopped onion
- Add Kissan Tandoori Masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt
- Add the beaten eggs, sauté until it mixes well with the cabbage
- Simmer for 4-5 mins until liquid is dry
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with roti, naan or rice
