Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Fresh Mussels
  • 2 Tbsp Kissan Desi Ghee
  • 2 Tbsp Kissan Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Kissan Garam Masala
  • 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 6 pcs Green Chilli, chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock
  • Salt to Taste
  • Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Rinse the mussels under the cold running water . Pull off any beards and scrape off any barnacles or dirt. Discard open or broken shells.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat Kissan Desi Ghee and Kissan Olive Oil.
  3. Saute garlic, onion, ginger and chilli until golden brown. Add Kissan Garam Masala, tomato Sauce, vegetable stock and white wine.
  4. Cover and bring the sauce to boil for 2 minutes or till sauce thickened.
  5. Add the mussels, cover and cook over medium heat or until the mussels have opened.
  6. Garnish with parsley and then serve.
