Watermelon Salad with Chaat Masala

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Kissan Chaat Masala
  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
  3. Sprinkle Kissan Chaat Masala evenly over the watermelon salad.
  4. Toss the salad gently to coat all the ingredients with the lime juice and spices.
