Vegan Tea Masala Muffins Recipe

Cook Time: 5 min Course: Snack Cuisine: Indian Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup Kissan Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp Kissan Tea Masala
  • 4 medium Ripe Bananas
  • ⅓ or ½ cup Plant Based Milk of your choice
  • 1½ cups Oat Flour or Regular Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 extra Banana (Optional, to slice on top of muffins)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Add some oil to your muffin baking trays to avoid sticking. Start to pour batter into the tray.
  3. Bake for about 30-40 mins on 350 degrees. Insert toothpick to check if finished.
