Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Kissan Tandoori Masala Natural
- 2 tbsp Kissan Sesame Oil
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 lettuce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1⁄2 orange pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1⁄2 large onion, roughly chopped - about 1 cup
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
For the salad and rice:
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, avocado, carrot, shallots/onions, chili (if using).
- In a pan add the cooked rice, spread it evenly and add 2 tbsp Kissan Sesame Oil, once it looks crispy and brown, put it aside and let it cool.
- In the large bowl with all the vegetables add the rice, and mix well.
For the tandoori chicken:
- Season the 2 chicken thighs with 2 tbsp Kissan Tandoori Masala Natural
- Use the air-fryer to cook the chicken for 20 mins.
- Once its cooked, chopped it in squares and add it, to the salad and mix well.
It is ready to enjoy!
