The Chaat Masala offers a more tangy, spicy, yet sweet flavor compared to the Garam Masala which gives a more cozy, warm flavor that's familiar in around the holidays. This recipe also works best for nuts that don't have any shelling, like cashews and peanuts.

Chaat Masala Holiday Nuts Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl combine all your ingredients and make sure all parts of your nuts are coated. Line the nuts on your baking tray. Make sure they are evenly spaced out and bake for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before placing in any container to store. For extra flavor you can also drizzle some caramel sauce.
