Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Kissan tamarind sauce
  • 1 tsp Kissan chaat masala
  • 1 cup chickpeas (boiled or canned)
  • 1 small potato (boiled and diced)
  • 1 small cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the chopped veggies, chickpeas, and potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add Kissan tamarind sauce, Kissan chaat masala, salt, and pepper.
  3. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
